SERVICE POLICIES

Reservations

Mariana Astúa Makeup reserves the right to refuse appointments made through the website if they do not meet the established requirements or conditions.
  • Appointments must be confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total value of the service to secure the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.

Retrasos

En caso de llegar tarde a tu cita, el tiempo del servicio se ajustará para finalizar en la hora acordada. Si el retraso excede los 20 minutos, Mariana Astúa Makeup se reserva el derecho de cancelar la cita sin derecho a reembolso.

Política de No Show

Si no te presentas a la cita sin previo aviso, se perderá el depósito y será necesario realizar un nuevo depósito para agendar una futura cita.

Health and Safety Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, clients must arrive with a clean face and free of makeup. In the case of visible contagious diseases (for example, conjunctivitis or cold sores), Mariana Astúa Makeup reserves the right to postpone the service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the service cannot be refunded or rescheduled without a new deposit.

Payment for Service

The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the appointment, before the service begins. Accepted payment methods are cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.

Working Conditions

For special events, such as weddings or photo shoots, it is important to have a set schedule to ensure the quality and efficiency of the service. Mariana Astúa Makeup recommends coordinating the preparation schedule in advance.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a possible solution.
