How far in advance can I book your service? Can I book a makeup/hair preview before the wedding?
You can book our service a year or more in advance, as long as a signed agreement is made and a 50% deposit is made. Then, we can schedule your virtual appointment to meet and discuss wedding details. We’ll schedule a makeup trial 2 to 4 months before the event. Previews will take place in my studio or home, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule, understanding that you may be traveling to the city for your event appointments.
Is it necessary to schedule a bridal preview for my hair or makeup?
No, scheduling a preview session is not mandatory. However, we encourage our clients to schedule one with one of our beauty artists to perfect their wedding day look. MA Professional Makeup offers complimentary phone consultations to discuss your vision and coordinate your preview.
How can I prepare for my bridal preview?
To make the preview process as smooth as possible, we suggest you bring:
- One or two photos of your stunning dress.
- Several inspirational images of makeup and hairstyles you like.
- Any hair accessories you’d like to incorporate into your look.
- Also, for the best beauty results, keep the following in mind: Arrive with clean, dry hair.
