1. What you are buying
When you buy a Mariana Astúa Makeup class, you get a personal, non-transferable license to watch the content online from your My Beauty Library account. Classes are operated by Beauty Investments Group BIG Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (Costa Rica).
2. Access
Access is activated automatically once your card payment is confirmed by our payment gateway (ONVO). Unless the class page says otherwise, access is indefinite for as long as the platform remains active.
3. Permitted use
Content is for personal use only. You may not download, record, share, resell or publish the classes or any part of them, or share your account login details. Failure to comply may result in suspension of access.
4. No refunds
Because this is digital content with immediate access, all class purchases are final and non-refundable. Before buying, we invite you to review the description and content of each class.
The only exceptions: if you were charged twice for the same class, or if a technical problem on our platform prevents you from accessing it and we are unable to fix it, email us at contacto@marianaastuamakeup.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
5. Technical requirements
You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Classes can be watched on a phone, tablet or computer. Classes are narrated in Spanish, with Spanish and English subtitles where indicated.
6. Recommended products and affiliate links
Some products mentioned in the classes and in the Shop link to external stores. Some of these are affiliate links: if you buy through them, Mariana Astúa Makeup may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products Mariana uses professionally.
